White Bread has a higher value of glycemic index that causes inflammation in the body which accelerates the aging process. Instead sprouted grain breads that contain no sugar and have antioxidants that are good for skin health.
Processed Meat
Processed meat like pepperoni and sausages has high contents of saturated salts and sulfite which weaken collagen of skin. Use fresh meat or try alternate protein like eggs and beans.
Soda and Coffee
Although soda drinks and coffee do not have any direct impact on the skin however they have high caffeine that impaired your sleep cycle that is one of the main causes of skin aging.
